Our Peripatetic Service is seeking to appoint 1x Care & Support Assistant, working 25.50 hours per week in De Lacy Gardens. This essential service operates 7 days per week, 52 weeks a year, providing the best possible quality of care in the community.
The successful candidate will be prepared to work a 4-week rolling rota which includes Evening shifts from 14:30pm to 22:30pm. The positions include weekends and bank holidays.
This post is subject to the Fluency Duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016. The post holder is required to demonstrate a proficient level of fluency as detailed within the job specification for the post.
To enable service users to remain in their own homes by promoting independence and delivering a quality service is a key responsibility of this role.
To ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect and to work alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way to deliver effective services by working within national guidelines and standards is essential.
The position will help you gain invaluable skills to deliver person-centred care at every opportunity.
