This is an operational role based in a small office at the Giants Causeway. What you'll be doing This role includes administration, sales and communications. You will support the Booking and Sales Co-ordinator in a busy office environment. Working within the appropriate National Trust procedures in a discrete and confidential manner you will support the effective operation of the Booking Office and enable it to meet its objectives. Responsibilities include answering visitor enquiries (phone and email), processing group booking enquiries, forward planning, reporting, invoicing, and analysing client activity. To be fantastic in this role, youll be required to have some of the following skills: Relevant office or administrational experience. Proficiency of dealing with customer enquiries, card payments and keeping accurate records. Communication skills. Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
