The Commercial Support Administrator will play a crucial role within our fast-paced asset rental business by providing essential administrative support to the commercial and operations team.

As theCommercial Support Administrator,you will be the first point of contact for customer queries regarding recharges and warranty claims and you will be responsible for:
1. Accurately processing recharges for rented assets and promptly sending them to customers
2. Ensuring that all recharges are correctly calculated, reflecting usage, damages and any additional costs
3. Collaborating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
4. Providing prompt and professional responses to customer queries, offering assistance and resolving issues effectively
5. Processing warranty claims to manufacturers, following established procedures
6. Coordinating with manufacturers to ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of claims
7. Addressing queries regarding warranty claims
