??About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicatedSocial Workerto join our specialist team atPriory Cheadle Royal, providing support and leadership in safeguarding, recovery planning, and patient advocacy.

??Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support insafeguardingpractices across the unitCarry outassessments, care planning, and where needed,Tribunal ReportsWork collaboratively with service users to promoteindependence and self-careAddress the social causes ofexclusion and inequality, including housing, employment, and financesPromote abio-psycho-social approachto care and recoverySupportdischarge planning, aftercare coordination, and access to community servicesAdvocate forcarer involvement, ensuring their rights and assessments are supportedAttend multi-agency forums (e.g.,MAPPA, MARAC ) where neededEmpower service users to shape their careguided byno decision about me, without me??What Were Looking ForWe want passionate individuals who share our values and can bring compassion, resilience, and integrity into every part of their role.
You should be:
