Technical Support Lead, based near Sandy, you will be working for a national construction company who are looking to recruit a technically minded and customer-focused Technical Support Lead.

Responsibilities of the Technical Support Lead:
1. Solve technical problems on crane machines using own technical knowledge
2. Provide colleagues and customers with technical guidance in diagnostics and repairs
3. Investigate technical problems and provide solutions
4. Obtain solutions from the factories on technical issues
5. Communicate with customers on how to resolve their issues
To be successful as a Technical Support Lead:
1. Previous experience working on crane or heavy plant machinery
2. Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
3. Excellent communicator
4. Flexible approach to work
You may have worked as a Crane Engineer, Crane Technician, Crane Mechanic, Plant Engineer, Plant Technician, Technical Crane Advisor, Technical Support Lead, Technical Manager, Technical Supervisor, or similar to be successful.
