What You'll Be Doing:
Speaking with very valued customers who may be experiencing temporary or on-going financial difficulties.
Listening carefully and taking the time to understand their personal situation.
Working with them to create realistic and manageable repayment plans.
Always aiming for the best outcome for the customer, especially those who may be in vulnerable circumstances.
Keeping records up to date and following simple processes and regulations.What We're Looking For:
Experience in a financial services environment, ideally with some exposure to arrears, collections, or debt support (but not essential).
A genuine desire to help people and the confidence to have sensitive conversations with empathy and understanding.
Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.
