Experience in assessment skills, chairing multi-agency meetings and a working knowledge of the Positive Behavioural Support model would be advantageous; or a willingness to access training in this approach is essential. A good working understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders would be essential. As one of the lead clinicians in the team you will have a role in formulating and directing interventions. You will take responsibility for providing assessment and behavioural/therapeutic treatment programmes for these individuals. You will have a proven ability to liaise with and work in collaboration with other relevant agencies according to the needs of the young person.
