Senior Engineer : Automotive Workstreams : GBP 30.50/hr (Inside IR35) : Hybrid/Warwickshire : 4 Months (potential to extend)

Position Description:
This role will support the roll out and continued delivery of the new Issue Management toolset across the clients entire user base. Typically, this will involve the planning, co:ordination and implementation of specific workstreams within the project remit ensuring all is communicated effectively to the user base.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
: Delivery of workstreams within the project based on highest priority needs
: Working with key stakeholders and userbase feedback requests to make impactful toolset updates
: Act as a key support contact for the entire user base to direct or solve any issues they may have
: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external users
: Develop and maintain communication strategies to both key stakeholders and wider user base
: Create, deploy and maintain process documents based on new toolsets and agile methodology
: Use lean project management principles in order to develop more effective and efficient ways of working
Key Performance Indicators:
: Transition from legacy issue management system and processes for all Programmes and relevant users across the business
: Toolset continual updates to improve the user experience and maintain compliance with the clients managing corporate documents procedures
: Maintain stakeholder input and sign off to all project activities
Skills Required:
: Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders within the Automotive industry
: Good communication skills to be able to update the business on the current project position
: Experience in managing priorities on multiple request sources
Experience Required:
: Previous experience in a similar role in Project Management with track record of delivery within the Automotive industry.
: Good communication skills to be able to update the business on the current project position
: Experience in managing and influencing stakeholders
: Experience in managing priorities on multiple request sources
: Risk management with the ability to put in place the required interventions as and when required
: The ability to identify issues quickly and drive to resolution
Experience Preferred:
: Experience of project delivery in an Agile methodology, tools and techniques
: Knowledge of the Jira toolset
: Experience of stakeholder management at all levels
Additional Information:
This role is on a contract basis and is Inside IR35.
