My client, who produces soft furnishings for independent home & gift retailers and department stores in the UK and Europe, is looking for a Sales Administrator to come on board.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to work as part of a busy office environment.
This role can offer someone the opportunity to learn about the design process.
Main Areas Of Responsibility
1. Providing excellent customer support to clients.
2. Providing efficient administrative support.
3. Carrying out all sales administration relative to the role.
4. Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure deadlines are met.
5. Updating and maintaining an accurate database.
6. Providing a reliable, high-quality service.
7. Coordinating the ordering of samples.
8. Working closely with external suppliers.
9. Ensuring that all orders are processed and dispatched per customer requirements.
10. Accurately maintaining all relevant customer account and product information using internal systems.
11. Uploading products onto customer-based systems.
12. Supporting the design team with Tradeshows.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience Needed
1. Experience in a customer-oriented, administrative environment.
2. Good administrator with excellent attention to detail and a thorough, dependable approach.
3. An interest in interiors or textiles.
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
5. Good communication skills at all levels, whether face to face, on the telephone, or via email.
This role is Monday to Friday, 5 days in the office.
