Key Responsibilities Preparation and review of year-end accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients Supervising and mentoring junior team members Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact Supporting senior management with ad hoc projects and business development Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail Experience using accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
