Our client is a leading electronic manufacturer, that values hard work, teamwork and developing people. They are looking for a HR Administrator that wants to develop their career along with the company growth, and embody a positive work environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
This is a standalone position, responsible for all HR related activities
Ensure the wellbeing of all employees dealing with personal and work related issues, building great employee relations
Responsible for the payroll
Be present during any disciplinary/grievance meetings
Deal with recruitment responsibilities
Assist with the company pension schemes
Liaise with clients/customers for site meetings- Design and Engineering visits
Input any relevant data into SharePoint
Occasional visit to their other site based 40 minutes away
Deal with the admin for their company cars
Reporting directly into the CEO
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Must be an approachable person
Happy to work individually and manage their own day
Good computer literacy skills
Relevant HR related experience
