Mission:
In this role you will join an experienced team supporting a diverse and exciting customer base, including landmark Airport, Shopping Centre, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing.
You will not only deliver Security support to an allocated base, but also provide a proactive approach and develop meaningful relationships with your customers and demonstrate our values whilst helping to drive the service transformation and software solutions.
We'd be very keen to hear from candidates with Fire panels, Security Expert / Continuum, Pelco CCTV experience or candidates experienced in working with equivalent systems in a manufacturing/process environment with transferable skills, looking to move into a new role/career opportunity with us.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Provide Security (CCTV, Access control and Fire) support to your allocated customers.
2. Embed and follow Safety as our No.1 priority with adherence to HSE policies, ensuring requirements are met with the regular review and submission of RAMS, POWRAs use of PPE and Near Miss reporting.
3. Operate within policies and guidelines to ensure we work in a safe and responsible manner taking a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe behaviour.
4. Take ownership of your customer base to meet/exceed our contractual requirements and deliver a best-in-class service and high customer service (CSAT) score.
5. Work closely with the customer to identify operational issues that we can resolve.
6. Provide clear and concise service visit reports (SVRs) that demonstrate the value.
7. Knowledge of the region's financial commitments and working with the Service Operations Manager to deliver on Field Quote orders with proactive identification of solutions for improvements, energy savings, upgrades or repairs.
8. Advise and assist the Service Operations Manager/Sales Team with larger opportunities.
9. Take part in the team call-out rota and support other members of the team where possible.
10. Embrace and become a role model for process and policy adoption, delivering service in the region to the highest ethical standards.
11. Ensure you continue to develop your technical and industry knowledge through training and keeping up to date with technological developments in the industry.
About you:
1. Qualified in relevant discipline (Engineering/Electrical); candidates with equivalent level of experience will also be considered.
2. You possess previous experience in the Field Service environment, where you had to look after customers.
3. You are a motivated individual who is willing to learn about the product range.
4. Ability to work independently without supervision.
5. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must.
6. Hold a full driving license.
