We are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established company within the manufacturing sector with multiple sites across the Newtown area. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who can support the growth and development of the business. Key responsibilities include:
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
* Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and provide guidance on employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
* Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to support employee growth and development, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to the business.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
