This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or entry-level candidate to gain experience in a legal accounts office or expand upon their existing knowledge in the field. Responsibilities: Provide support and assistance in the smooth and efficient running of the Accounts Department. Issue cheques in accordance with instructions received. Post 'chits’ relating to client account transactions. Handle daily banking. Verify Completion Statements and check bills. Arrange for client monies to be transferred to the Undesignated Deposit Accounts. Input transactions onto HSBCnet online banking system.
