We’re looking for a Test Analyst to join our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Replacement Programme. This is a major new initiative to meet our organisations fundraising goals, remove strategic risks and improve our supporter’s experience. Your Role As our Test Analyst, you will help transform the way the RNLI delivers high quality change by: Making sure we consider the potential impacts on our users before changes are implemented, so that the users have confidence that we have tested the impact on them as thoroughly as we are able. Understanding the use cases a new implementation or a change could impact up-/downstream, working across teams to define an appropriate test approach commensurate to the risk and scale of change Developing, implementing and managing test plans, including Unit, System, Integration and UAT testing. Utilising internal resource and/or third party test support, managing defect resolution across the cycle so that stakeholders can make effective release decisions. Being an advocate for the importance and impact of end to end test. Exploring opportunities to increasingly automate the RNLI’s approach to test. About You We’re looking for someone who is a problem-solver and able to understand the potential implications of change across connected systems. You will need to be able to develop then run test approaches that will drive best value from our time and resource. You’ll be a great communicator and advocate for the role of flexible test approaches, and you’ll enjoy working with others to find and implement solutions.
