Job Description:
Join our client's prestigious law firm in Kent. The successful candidate will have a strong background in private client law, with a proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert legal advice on a range of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts.
* Draft and review legal documents related to private client services.
* Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
* Stay updated on changes in private client legislation and advise clients accordingly.
* Collaborate with other solicitors and legal professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
* Represent clients in court, if necessary, and handle any disputes or litigation related to private client issues.
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law.
* Strong knowledge of UK private client legislation.
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
