Who we are looking for...
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Manager who has experience working within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home. You must have experience supporting children with complex needs, specifically those affected by Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE).

Key Responsibilities
* Develop Comprehensive Care Plans to meet the needs of young people
* Recruit, train, and retain staff to create a strong, stable team
* Ensure high-quality care standards in line with Ofsted requirements
* Consult with young people about the care they receive
* Assign Key Workers to young people to implement their care plans
* Handle complaints & safeguarding concerns effectively
* Work closely with parents, carers & professionals to promote welfare
* Attend and contribute to care planning & review meetings
Essential Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential childcare, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in the last 5 years
* Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (Essential)
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred but must be enrolled within 6 months of starting)
* Understanding of Quality Standards, SCCIF, and childcare legislation
* Strong planning, organisational & leadership skills
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Knowledge of trauma-informed care & managing challenging behaviour
* Full UK Driving Licence
