You will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service. You will also have sales targets to offer customers additional products to make their journey easier.

What we are looking for:
* Car rental/sales experience desirable but not essential (training will be provided)
* Flexibility in your working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends - our locations can offer you a wide variety of shifts.
* Excellent communication and sales skills
* Able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
* A full, valid clean driving licence, with a minimum of 4 years driving experience is required
Main Responsibilities:
* Sell the Company's services and products to make our customers' journeys easier - working to specific targets
* Handle all telephone enquires in a polite and helpful manner, adhering to the Company's telephone technique
* Provide a high level of Customer Service in all customer contact, recognising our Company's Customer Service standards and using your best ability to deliver total customer satisfaction.
* Organise the delivery and collection of vehicles to maximise service standards and minimise costs
* Source vehicles to meet customer bookings, working with the central fleet team and local branches
* Ensure the accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on the in house rental system
* Organise repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary
* Accurately complete all fuel documentation daily and ensure competent members of staff receive fuel deliveries in accordance with relevant legislation
* Identify and report new business opportunities
