Main duties of the job The post holder will act as Deputy to the Lead Clinical Pharmacy Technician in supporting in the delivery of a consistent and comprehensive Trustwide clinical service across the three sites. To act as line manager for designated clinical Pharmacy Technicians across the 3 sites, and manage clinical activities for pharmacy staff not under their line management. To manage recruitment, training, supervision and development of members of the team to ensure a safe and consistent service is maintained.
