You'll join an expanding and experienced production team who work on the manufacturing line ensuring product quality and production. As a Production Operative this is a perfect time to join a well-established company based in South Cerney. This is a manufacturing firm who deal with cement meaning at times, this site will be loud and also dusty to manage expectations. As the Production Operative your role will be to manufacture bespokeproducts on the production line, quality check, pick and pack distributor orders and regular stock rotation. This Production Operative role will offer a daysand lates shift pattern, those being: Monday Friday 06:00am 14:00pm & 14:00pm 22:00pm This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company on a full-time basis. Full training will be given. Temporary to permanent for the right candidate. A brief overview and benefits attached to the role: Location - South Cerney £12.70 - £16.87 per hour Monday Friday Rotational Shift 06:00am 14:00pm &14:00pm 22:00pm Free onsite parking PPE provided Pension Lunch facilities Your role as a Production Operative will involve the following duties: Working as part of the production line ensuring product quality through each station Quality checking all goods prior to dispatch Liaising with supervisors if there are any faults Running safety checks on machinery Machine operating safety and efficiently Preparing products for dispatch - making boxes and prepping for pallets Loading pallets for delivery Working on the assembly line Some degree of heavy lifting will be required General warehouse housekeeping duties The ideal candidate for the Production Operative position will have: Production operative experience is extremely essential Working knowledge of a factory line is advantageous Full UK Driving License Quality control experience Good communication skills Good team worker Good attention to detail Keen eye for detail
