Base pay range
Competitive salary depending on level of experience £50k+

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a senior conveyancing lawyer with experience in New Homes. You will be creating comprehensive contract report letters for each new development site and/or for sale ownership as well as conveyancing search report letters for clients. Examining all development documentation to check that it is suitable for sales of new property and security for mortgage lenders. Advising on a wide range of general complex technical issues and overseeing file reviews for compliance and risk assessment to support fee earners across the department.

The Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Conveyancing
* Some experience dealing with New Build Developments
* Autonomously able to handle a privately funded caseload
* Compassionate and confident
* Efficient, reliable and flexible
