Salary: £120 - £160 per day (dependent on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm (term-time only)
Contract Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
Are you a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) with a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join a mixed primary and secondary SEN school in Ormskirk on a full-time basis.
Role Details:

Responsibilities:
* Deliver planned lessons and support learning across a range of subjects for pupils with additional needs.
* Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support academic and emotional development.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
* Assist in developing and adapting resources to meet individual learning needs.
* Take on a proactive role in classroom management and student engagement.

Key Requirements:
* Must hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting and nurturing children's learning and development.
