In this role you will work with health and social care researchers, managers, policy makers and members of the public across the Bristol City region. You will collaborate with a range of organisations, including the NHS, universities, local authorities, and voluntary and community sector organisations.
Main duties of the job
Bristol Health Partners is seeking an individual who has a track record of setting and achieving targets and impact, to take on this varied and rewarding role in supporting our Health Integration Teams (HITs). You will also work alongside another Project Officer to manage the BHP office operations and multi organisational governance, meetings and reporting requirements.
This is a permanent appointment and is a full-time role.
The post will be based within the Bristol Health Partners core team and work specifically on providing effective Project Officer support to the Bristol Health Partners core team and HITs. You will use your project management skills to ensure HITs are managed effectively, progressing well against plans and reporting progress.
The post holder will be able to demonstrate project management knowledge and experience along with a proven track record of liaising effectively with a range of stakeholders across various organisations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

3. Educated to degree level / healthcare professional qualification or equivalent relevant experience
4. Project management training or equivalent relevant experience
5. Evidence of continuing professional development
Knowledge and Experience

6. Experience of working collaboratively in cross-organisational and cross-functional project teams
7. Experience as a Senior Personal Assistant at executive level
8. Previous experience in the health and care sector
9. Demonstrated ability to develop and monitor activity budgets and produce finance reports
10. Experience dealing with the public, directors and senior managers, both on the telephone and in person
11. Experience in training staff and staff allocation
12. Understanding of confidentiality and data protection rules
