An exciting position has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to undertake a fixed term/ Secondmentfor 12 months.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, being able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as working as part of a team. You will have previous Clerical experience with a working knowledge of IT applications, including databases, along with a good knowledge of office procedures.
You must be able to demonstrate goodorganisational skills and an ability toprioritise tasks to enable you to work within strict timescales. Flexibility in your approach to work is also essential.
Duties of the post will include:
* Responsible for ensuring patient casenotes and all relevant correspondence is available for the admission process.
* Provide a welcoming reception to all attending Bellfield Centre SCH
* Communicate effectively with patients as well as a wide range of internal staff
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
