Grafton Banks Finance is excited to partner with a Crawley-based client seeking a Accounts Payable Assistant on a fixed-term contract, with potential for extension or permanent placement. Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will be covering a range of Accounts Payable duties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable tasks including reconciliations and payment processing
* Conduct supplier statement reconciliations
* Process payment runs, including manual payments
* Assist with bank reconciliations
* Perform credit card reconciliations
* Liaise with suppliers to confirm account details
* Process invoices efficiently
* Oversee direct debit payments and related information
* Provide ad hoc support as needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Available to start in October (immediately available or short notice)
* Experience with various accounting systems
* Ability to commute to the Crawley office
