We are currently recruiting for friendly and confident Senior Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Services department in our Market road, London Head Office on a full-time basis. As a Senior Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering impeccable client service, supporting the day to day operations of the Head Office Customer Service Team and act as an ambassador of our brand. As a Senior Customer Service Advisor you will: Have previous experience working within a Customer Service or Sales Assistant role for a premium/luxury brand. Be highly organised and able to prioritise customer queries and issues during busy periods. Be proactive, show initiative and suggest ideas to improve the current service offering. Possess strong written and verbal communications skills and confident telephone manners. Have previous experience working with Zendesk or other customer service management platforms and ERP systems. Process transactions in the group web and ERP systems to facilitate smooth order and return process flows for customers. Liaise closely with complementary departments, from sales to dispatch, delivery to aftercare. Always follow up on customer orders when required to ensure a seamless customer experience.
