We're working with a well-respected multi-service law firm who are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their New Homes Division in their Northampton office. You will support the team as well as support other members of staff. This role is perfect for experienced conveyancing support staff looking for the next step in their career.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage client cases from initial instruction to completion under supervision.
* Communicate with clients both in person and over the phone.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients, instructed agents, and third parties.
* Attend external appointments as required.
* Report to and follow instructions from the head of department.
* Contribute to business development for the department and the firm.
* Provide support to colleagues as needed.
What we need from you:
* Demonstrated experience in managing cases from initial instruction to completion under supervision
* Confident communicator over the phone and face to face
* Adhere to the firm’s compliance obligations
