Key Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive secretarial support to legal advisors and the wider Commercial Property team. Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including document preparation, correspondence, and file management. Liaising with clients and colleagues, ensuring a professional and efficient service. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Supporting the team with general office duties as required. About You: Previous experience in a legal secretarial role or within a conveyancing environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training and development will be provided. However complimentary industry experience such as housing/estate agency is required if no legal exposure. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and professional manner.
