Our purpose-built care home, established in 2018, offers outstanding levels of Nursing, Residential, and Dementia Care for up to 68 residents. We are part of the Care Concern Group, a family-owned care group operating over 70 homes across the UK. Key Responsibilities:
* Resident Care: Provide exceptional care for residents in line with best practices, ensuring that all residents and visitors are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.
* Team Leadership: Supervise the night team, ensuring that good practices are continually developed and maintained.
* Clinical Oversight: Manage auditing, rota management, and medication administration to ensure the highest standards of care.
* Staff Supervision: Mentor and support your team, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
* Best Practices: Stay up to date with clinical best practices and ensure these are implemented throughout the night team.
What We're Looking For:
* Nurse Qualified (RGN/RMN): You hold a valid NMC registration and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.
* Experience: Prior experience working in a care home is desirable, along with experience in leadership roles.
* Strong Leadership Skills: You are confident in supervising staff, managing responsibilities, and leading by example.
