In this critical role, you'll craft our digital product strategy for exhibitors across our diverse event portfolio. Your mission: to ensure EasyGo not only elevates the exhibitor and visitor experience but also plays a significant role in boosting our revenue. As a key player in our Group Marketing, Intelligence & Technology department, your insights will take our digital products to unprecedented levels of efficiency and effectiveness, maximizing ROI (return on investment) for exhibitors and ROT (return on time) for visitors.

Your mission
You will ensure the commercial and operational success of EasyGo product offering across all regions. You will take ownership of pricing strategies, sales activation, and adoption, ensuring that EasyGo packages consistently deliver value and growth. Your role will also encompass optimizing product implementation and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive long-term improvements.

About you
We're looking for someone with passion, a service-oriented mindset, commercial savvy, curiosity, a friendly outlook and a solid understanding of technology.
The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of experience, including 2-3 years leading technology and digital projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams, preferably with a degree in digital, product or marketing disciplines.
You will demonstrate:
* A strategic and commercial mindset paired with technical and digital acumen.
* Strong decision-making abilities, driven by data, analytics, and process-oriented thinking.
* A results-focused, adaptable, and service-oriented approach.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Fluency in English, with additional European languages being a plus.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the commercial success of EasyGo packages by developing pricing strategies, sales activation plans and driving upselling of packages.
* Enhance exhibitor and visitor experience by optimizing the return on investment (ROI) and return on time (ROT), with an emphasis on the “easify” approach.
* Manage supplier negotiations and budgets to drive profitability.
* Ensure successful implementation of EasyGo, leveraging data insights, developing dashboards, processes and providing recommendations for improvement.
* Drive optimization initiatives, including training, marketing, communication, processes, templates and regional support.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute a long-term strategy for EasyGo, with approval from key stakeholders.
