Job Title: Supply Teacher Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Altrincham Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £130 - £140 Per day Job Duties: Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of regular classroom teachers Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure learning objectives are met Manage the classroom effectively, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment Assess student progress and provide feedback to regular teachers Collaborate with other staff members and support the overall educational goals of the school Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Relevant teaching experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to different classroom environments Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Previous experience teaching in a classroom setting Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the national curriculum Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively Strong organisational skills Proficiency in ICT Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) Additional subject-specific qualifications Experience working with diverse student populations Working Conditions: Work in various schools within the Altrincham area Full-time hours during term time Potential for short notice assignments All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
