Salary: £29,120 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: Between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
Holiday Entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays

About the Role
Bennett Hay is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Reception Team Member at a prestigious corporate location in Stratford. As part of our client’s flagship building, a high-profile corporate landlord, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class guest experience.
Your primary responsibility will be to create a memorable first impression for visitors and tenants, ensuring a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure. As a customer service ambassador, you will maintain exceptional standards and foster strong relationships with tenants and service partners.
Lobby hosting will be a central aspect of this role, and a passion for guest engagement is essential. You will also contribute to building a welcoming community atmosphere through excellent communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding reception and guest services, ensuring every visitor feels welcome.
* Maintain a friendly and professional presence at the reception area.
* Respond promptly and efficiently to guest and tenant requests.
* Assist with building communications using a dedicated app (basic IT skills required).
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive and professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in five-star guest service.
* Previous experience in a corporate or customer-facing environment is ideal.
* A passion for delivering intuitive customer engagement and world-class service.
* A proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to high standards.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with basic knowledge of MS Office.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
