Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet clients, handle service enquiries, ensure exceptional front-of-house experience
- Appointment Management: Answer calls, book appointments, coordinate service schedules
- Parts Management: Process orders, handle trade enquiries, provide pricing information
- Inventory Control: Check-in and book parts efficiently
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers, suppliers, and workshop staff
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in motor parts or service advisory roles
- Strong accuracy in vehicle component identification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused approach with a friendly, professional demeanour
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in automotive parts or service advisory roles (required)
- Automotive qualifications (preferred but not essential)

- £31933.20 PA - (£13.80 per an hour)
