To provide on shift Technical & Co-Ordination responsibilities within the Thermoforming department with regards Health, Safety & Quality, process optimization and provide knowledge to perform technical decision making & execution on shift.
To be trained in and apply specific GPUK process, equipment, machine speeds, changeover times, product specifications and customer quality requirements.
To assist in the establishment of best thermoforming practices, and ensure that all process settings are optimised, without compromising Safety, Quality or Hygiene procedures.

Working Hours:
Friday to Sunday 06.54am to 7.00pm
The hours of work are subject to change pending ongoing shift pattern consultations.
Experience
* Strong technical capability evidenced by a minimum of 12 months of experience within a manufacturing environment in a similar technical role.
* Experience of knowledge transfer through training of others.
* Minimum GCSE / equivalent level including English & Maths or >3yrs demonstratable experience in a relevant role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Relevant Technical or vocational qualification (e.g., Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing).
* Strong knowledge of Thermoforming Processes.
