We're looking for a talented Audit Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. Your work in Audit will go beyond the numbers - it's about building meaningful client relationships, understanding their businesses, navigating risks, and delivering insights that drive real results.
1. You will play an integral role in your department, delivering high quality work and expanding your knowledge and skills across audits and assignments of varying complexity.
2. You will also be responsible for ensuring key risks are addressed during the audit process, utilising your growing network of specialists for advice when needed.
3. An Executive will operate as a key member of the team, having built strong relationships with your clients. You will understand your client's business objectives and be able to adapt your advice and provide meaningful solutions that they can put into practice.
4. You will be expected to start focusing on continuous improvement, looking to differentiate our services through planning, researching best practice and utilising technology in order to provide best in class client service.
5. You will support the development and engagement of the team, looking for areas of improvement and providing additional support and training where required.
What We're Looking For
1. Up to date technical knowledge of Auditing and Financial Reporting Standards.
2. Departmental objectives and key performance indicators.
3. Awareness of the firm's services and product offering.
4. ICAEW and/or ACCA exam structure, work experience and ethics training requirements.
5. Knowledge of student competencies.
6. Is technically competent and compliant
