ADHD Support Assistant Location: North West England, Merseyside, Liverpool Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Salary: £12.90 - £13.50 Per hour Job Duties: Provide support to students with ADHD in the education setting Assist in implementing individualised education plans for students with ADHD Support students in developing coping strategies and skills Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment Monitor and track student progress and behaviour Required Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with ADHD Understanding of special educational needs and disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent Experience: Prior experience in a similar role preferred Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of ADHD and its impact on learning Ability to work effectively in a team Patience and empathy Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certification in special education or related field Training in behaviour management techniques Working Conditions: This role involves working in an educational setting, collaborating with teachers, students, and other professionals.
