The Bars We have two bars, perfect for any season or occasion. Our vast statement bar is located on the ground floor, with street views and an adjacent fireside snug. Department Food & Beverages Here’s what the role is all about: As a Bar Supervisor you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and experiences for our guests. By setting the positive tone for every guest’s experience, you will help ensure the success of the hotel’s food and beverage operations. The role contains everything you might expect, including welcoming guests into the main bar, and rooftop bar, taking reservations, providing outstanding service, production of quality cocktails and answering any queries and questions our guests may have. As supervisor you will be expected to achieve and display a sufficient level of knowledge regarding our beer, wine, and spirit offerings, as well as have experience leading a team. You will have a passion for coaching, inspiring and leading a team that supports the Food and Beverage managers. You will have strong people skills, an eye for detail and quality control, and a love for all thing’s hospitality. You will have some previous management or supervisory experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. You will have great communication, planning and organisational skills. Be committed to delivering outstanding service. This role covers weekdays, evenings and weekends as well as bank holidays. Expect a fast paced environment where no day is the same.
