In our Asset Compliance Inspector role, you’ll be Carry out fire safety and compliance inspections to ensure that Amplius is compliant to all landlord health and safety legislation, statutory duties and governance standards.
Location: Hybrid, with travel across our West region (The Midlands) with a monthly meeting in our Peterborough office.
Salary: Up to £28,080.00 per year
Contract: Permanent
⏰Your week: 36.25 hours p/week (Monday-Friday / 9am-17:15 / 1 hour lunch break)
✨Snapshot of your role
This is what your day will look like as our Asset Compliance Inspector:
Completing fire safety inspections of fire doors (Flat and Communal Doors).
Carrying out other compliance checks/inspections as required by the Group to fulfil its Landlord H&S obligations.
Ensuring repairs are logged as required.
Proactively identify, report, and manage risks that may impact on statutory compliance.
Your toolkit for success
To thrive in our Asset Compliance Inspector role, you’ll need:
Have a good technical ability in relation to construction and fire safety.
Experience of carrying out detailed compliance inspections and recording findings.
Experience of working to strict time scales in a busy environment.
Have a sound understanding of all areas of building safety and a broad range of health and safety knowledge.
To be able to manage your own diary and schedule site visits.
Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
