Key Responsibilities
1. Provide 1st - 2nd line Support.
2. Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
3. Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure coordinated support.
4. Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
5. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
6. Assess and categorise tickets, directing them to the appropriate third-party support teams.
7. Assist users with IT-related queries and provide training on common software and hardware.
Required Qualifications and Skills
1. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and common IT tools.
2. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical.
3. A service orientated mindset with a focus to deliver high-quality support.
4. Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
