Responsibilities
:
1. Manage and coordinate the design process from pre-construction to project completion
2. Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery
3. Oversee design risk management and ensure all design elements comply with regulations and project requirements
4. Balance office and site-based work to support project success
Requirements:
5. Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
6. Strong background in managing design across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, education, or healthcare
7. Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to liaise effectively with design teams, contractors, and clients
8. Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
