Manage and coordinate the efficient scheduling and execution of delivery runs, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries to customers. Submit production sheets and provide accurate stock forecasting to ensure we meet demand and avoid stock shortages. Oversee retailer accounts, dealer orders, and the fulfilment process, ensuring all orders are managed and tracked efficiently. Ensure proper records are kept and maintain accurate trackers and management information. Maintain a strong focus on revenue collection, ensuring invoices are generated and paid on time, following up on overdue payments and resolving any issues that arise. Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring swift resolutions and maintaining the company reputation for excellent customer service. Provide regular reports on customer service performance, order fulfilment, stock levels, invoicing status, and revenue collection, to help the business make informed decisions.
