Corporate Legal Secretary - Farnborough
Excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join a top-ranked law firm.
Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Corporate team in Farnborough, Hampshire.
The role will involve providing general secretarial support including opening files, preparing documents and emails under the fee-earner's direction. Other duties will include:
* Client onboarding
* Typing up digital dictations
* Diary management (booking appointments and meetings)
* Electronic filing and archiving
* Producing legal documents from mark-ups, to include formatting and cross-referencing
* Invoicing
* Dealing with client enquiries both in person and over the phone
* Liaising with the Accounts Department over invoice and other accounting queries
To be considered, you must have admin or secretarial experience. They will consider candidates without a legal background.
