Our client has a rare opportunity for you to join as a Team Manager in their specialist psychosocial substance use service.
The Role
As a Team Manager, you will support men at a Cat C, specialist prison to reach their goals and change their lives for the better. You will be part of a passionate and skilled team, contributing to the provision of tailored interventions and recovery approaches.
About You
To join our client as a Team Manager, you will need:
1. A passion for nurturing and developing your staff. Previous experience of managing people is desirable.
2. Relevant experience of working in health and social care, ideally within the field of problematic substance use, mental health, or another comparable field.
3. Evidence of effective partnership working and the ability to network for the benefit of the client and service.
4. Evidence of managing a busy caseload or tasks and excellent organisational skills.
5. To be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word and be familiar with database management systems.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Understanding of complex issues presented by people entering custody.
8. Determination, with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.
9. Passion and enthusiasm about making a real difference to the lives of people our client supports.

1. Starting Salary of £27,000 with the opportunity to access potential yearly increments subject to appraisal, meaning potential salary increase up to £31,750.
