Salary: £25K-£30k per annum depending on experience

My client is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team at their head office in Hull.
They work for a prestigious customer base in a wide range of sectors including pharmaceuticals, petrochemical, telecoms, education, IT, retail, healthcare, and local authorities.
What will you do…
1. Schedule Planned Preventative Maintenance works in consultation with client availability.
2. Organise all necessary access equipment and site requirements including components.
3. Prepare RAMS for clients and engineers.
4. Allocate works to designated engineers.
5. Ensure works are scheduled and completed within client KPI's.
6. Following engineer attendance, manage the status of the task, upload the relevant reports and process through the necessary in-house systems and client portals.
7. Manage the asset registers.
8. Review completed work reports to identify queries, when necessary, raise with relevant parties.
9. Upload reports to the necessary internal systems and external portals within the standard KPI's, ensuring client compliance requirements are fulfilled.
10. Provide non-technical support to designated clients.
11. Raise purchase order requests and uplifts through the necessary internal systems and client portals.
12. Following completion of works, produce and upload any compliance certification through the necessary internal systems and client portals.
13. Carry out all necessary portal requirements to prevent any delays to payment.
14. Review the quotation tracker to ensure client-specific KPI's are maintained. Liaise with relevant internal parties to ensure deadlines are maintained.
15. Carry out any additional duties when required.
Who are we looking for…
1. Ideally, you will have previous experience working in a service management role, preferably Facilities Management.
2. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel. The ability to transition between multiple in-house systems and client portals (following training).
3. You will be a highly organised individual who can demonstrate prioritising your own workload.
4. An individual with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all information captured is accurate and up to date at all times.
5. You will be able to build internal and external relationships, feel comfortable working within a team, but have the strength of conviction to ensure your clients' requirements are prioritised.
6. An ability to work to tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, ensuring all KPI's are met.
7. An individual who has the ability to continuously review working practices, looking for improvements which will bring efficiencies and increase productivity.
