About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of Creative Industries and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions to drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and closing sales opportunities with clients across marketing, design agencies and other creative industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy: Identify and prospect potential clients who can benefit from our AI-driven solutions and products.
2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and understand their business challenges.
3. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s Persona AI tool and communicate its value effectively to potential clients.
4. Pitching & Presenting: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight how our AI solutions solve business challenges and drive ROI.
5. Deal Closing: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.
7. Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction post-sale.
Requirements:
1. Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in creative industries and technology-related fields. An understanding of marketing and design agencies, the challenges they face and how they work would be beneficial.
2. Customer Record Management Experience: Regular and meaningful updating of our CRM system (HubSpot).
3. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with artificial intelligence applications and industry use cases is highly desirable.
4. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
5. Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Networking Abilities: Strong networking skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse client profiles, from startups to enterprise-level executives.
7. Negotiation Skills: Skilled in contract negotiations and closing deals.
8. Results-Driven: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Desired Experience:
1. Established network within the design, marketing and creative industries.
2. Proficiency with CRM tools e.g. HubSpot, or similar platforms.
