We are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to work for a leading Automotive company based in Dudley/Brierley Hill area.The main objective of the role is to communicate directly with customers and build strong and trusting relationship. Manage customer on time delivery and promises, scheduling issues, customer portal, packaging and transport.Main duties will be: Responsibility for day-to-day customer communication by phone, email and customer portal. Maintaining customer schedules within our MRP to ensure our OTD target scores of 97% and above is maintained. Maintaining customer portals, manage shipping dates and dispute points loss with the customer. Liaising with production planning to prioritise customer requirements and provide a feedback loop to the customer. Manual loading of customer schedules and also schedules not received via EDI correctly. Daily generations of pick lists for shipments for customers. Work with IT department to resolve EDI/ASN issues. The successful candidate will have the following skills: Advance computer skills in Microsoft Office particularly excel Use of integrated MRP /ERP system (Advantageous) Excellent communication skills across all levels both verbal and written Experience of working in a manufacturing environmental Proven experiences of working in a busy customer services department Previous automotive experience is essential Self-motivated Excellent communication skills Working Hours:Monday to Thursday 07.30 am to 16.00 pmFriday 07.30 am to 13.00 pm
