Remuneration: £35,000 – £40,000 neg + Bonus tbc

The role of the Marketing Manager – Commercial Washrooms will involve:
1. Marketing role promoting a manufactured range of luxury commercial washroom solutions including: WC cubicles, shower cubicles, panelling systems, basins, vanity units, mirrors, lockers, benches & various washroom accessories.
2. Your main target audience will be architects, specifiers & interior designers; however, you will also promote to main contractors & specialist sub-contractors.
3. Develop & implement campaigns and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness & lead generation.
4. Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust to optimise results.
5. Liaise with internal & external stakeholders, communicating activities and goals ensuring that efforts are coordinated & in line with company plans and values.
6. Manage all aspects of digital marketing including: social media, company website, content creation, E-Commerce, case studies, blogs etc.
7. Market research: customer insights, competitor offerings, new opportunities, brand analysis.
8. Organising company attendance at trade shows, showroom showcases, CPD events etc.
The ideal applicant will be a Marketing Manager – Commercial Washrooms with:
1. Must have marketing experience within a leadership role.
2. Must have experience working with all marketing channels: digital, email, print, SEO, social media & event marketing.
3. Ideally will have marketing experience within the construction, design or manufacturing sector.
4. Must be able to interpret marketing data & analytics and create reports.
5. Hungry & enthusiastic, an autonomous self-starter.
6. Punctual, professional & well presented.
7. IT Literate.
