To provide and maintain an inspirational learning environment for students outside of the classroom to encourage a love of reading. To provide support for the curriculum in all subject areas which develops and enhances student knowledge and supports teaching and learning. Manage the school library in consultation with the Head of English & Literacy Leads. • Liaise with teachers over resources for topics on curriculum. • Manage and supervise the pupils appointed as Librarians. • Order new books and catalogue them on the library systems. • Manage the library budget in consultation with Head of English and Literacy Leads.
