Choice is seeking to recruit a Customer Liaison Officer to liaise with customers, staff, contractors, and all other stakeholders to deliver a high-quality service during planned works. Responsibilities include coordinating Customer Satisfaction Surveys and promoting positive outcomes through multiple media platforms.
