Location: Hybrid working from home and in Edinburgh
Duration: 12 months.
A fantastic opportunity for and Interim Change Manager to join a leading, FTSE 100 FMCG organisation, who are currently undergoing a multi-year, business-wide, People, Process & Tech transformation, underpinned by their implementation of SAP S4 HANA.
This will be a key role to ensure projects meet objectives on time and on budget, increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on People Change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organisational structure.
Working closely with stakeholders to analyst and map their needs, and analysing the impact at a role level across technology, people and process, you will define Change Management activity to transition to the new ways of working. You will create and implement Change Management approaches to drive employee adoption and minimise resistance.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Change Management roles, within large, matrix organisations.
* Excellent knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies and tools.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to establish strong relationships across all levels.
* Ideally, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and Prosci Change Management Certification.
